We bought this as a replacement to another system that was complete garbage (Friendly Pet Products Wireless Fence). We connected the System to the wire that we ran for the old system, and it immediately worked 100% better. We've had the System for over a month and it has worked like a charm. One of the unexpected improvements from the old system is that we no longer have to turn the collars on and off when we let the dogs inside.
