This collar gives you the option of vibration or shoc. I chose vibration. My only complaint is that I’m not sure if it’s on or working sometimes. The instructions are vague and I didn’t understand what they were saying. Other than that, my dog sees me coming with the collar and she shuts right up. She learned this from her previous collar (that died). I may utube this collar to make sure I’m using it properly.

Took her for a walk once I figured out the collar and when she barked at a couple of people it made a noise then when she barked again it gave her a zap. She quit barking and looked at me to see if I did that. We walked on and she was quiet but I am not sure if she will continue yet. We will see. So far it looks good.

This collar is amazing. My dog constantly barked at anyone or anything that crossed in front of our window. We always had to keep it closed and curtains covering it. One day is all it took! We only had to use the vibration mode. It went off twice and that was it. Now we can keep our window open and she sits and watches but doesn't bark. Best product!

I purchased this for my American Bulldog, who seems to bark at every noise that she hears outside...all day long. I have never wanted to use a bark collar on any of my "yappy" dogs, but as I wok from home on the phone I needed to try something to teach her to refrain from barking. I didn't need anything fancy or too harsh. I got exactly what I needed, I placed the collar on her only 3 times, using only the minimal settings and haven't had to use it since.

My Sassy barked at everything, it was driving me crazy, and when she started then my other dog would start. I did a lot of researching to find something that would stop her from barking at every little thing. Then I found this collar, read the reviews and thought why not give it a try, and OMG IT WORKED - she no longer barks at every little thing, I can stand outside and talk to the neighbors without being drowned out by her barking. This product worked wonders within minutes. I tested the vibrations on myself prior to using it on my dog to see what it would feel like. After placing the collar on my dog, he parked a few times, and was given a beep and vibration which made him stop barking. He has barked a significantly less amount since having the collar. I did have to lower the sensitivity because at one point, he swallowed which set off the collar. But a low sensitivity seems to work well.
