Great product and great price! My only two complaints are 1. The settings all reset when we turn the collar off each night. And not to zero which would be ok. The shock setting comes on at level 5 every time and we must turn it off, and the other settings down. A little inconvenient but not horrible. 2. Dogtraingcollar.ca is not located n Canada? They have a Canadian address but product is shipped from China. One reason for ordering was to have quick delivery from a local address yet it took several weeks in customs with the tracking very sketchy once released from customs, even saying delivered 24 hrs before it was. I know you can’t control delivery or tracking but we really did think we were buying local. ...

we got this collar, I only have to use the vibrating setting at high level to warn the dogs not to go near the gate and it worked wonder. Now, each time they are allowed into the yards, one by one, with the collar, they know what is expected and did not even attempt to go anywhere near the gate.
