However, if you have a smart dog they might adapt to the collar quickly

After about a week or two the dog will understand why there you honestly wont need it anymore.

The collars arrived very quickly and are perfect - sizes as expected and the embroidery was just as I requested.

Dogs are supposed to bark at certain things so i don't think you need to keep it on the dog all the time.
