Overall, the product is excellent. Our only problem is the quality of the collar itself. It unravels fairly easily.

I have used this for three days for my 12 pound chihuahua and it has worked wonders!!! He doesn’t bark at all with this on the lowest setting possible of vibration. I don’t even use the shock setting and it has stopped the barking. Highly recommend

This product does keep my girl from barking when I'm at work. When she shakes here head sometimes it goes off, good thing I dont use the shock option.

I am well impressed with this collar. The product exactly corresponds to the description. Works great. On the average dog power more than. The collar is long enough, which allows you to perfectly adjust the neck of the dog.

I love that you can adjust the settings on this, that you can charge the batteries, which are long lasting, and that I only have to show it to my dog now to get him to stop barking needlessly.

No problems with this model. Very adjustable levels for sound sensitivity, vibration, and shock. Easy to train dogs to get used to the shock collar and then switch to regular collar after a while. Would buy again.
