This product is not disappointing at any level. Works great, easy to set up, and is compact for a medium or large dog. The quality of the system is outstanding. I would say I am pleased to the extreme and will continue to use products.

Love the lock function, the different size of prongs and the fact that it’s so size adjustable. The vibration setting alone works great for my puppy when he gets nippy with my kids.

This shock collar is amazing. Have never found a shock collar that is completely waterproof. It works awesome when we go to river and lakes. Perfect for training my dog. Thank you to whoever made it!
